The Sydney Community Foundation is a not for profit, public philanthropic foundation that connects people who care with causes that matter. We identify critical community issues and support the organisations who are responding with solutions. We do this by pooling the donations we receive and carefully investing them. The income generated each year from this permanent and growing investment is distributed in the form of grants to areas of need within the community. We welcome donations of all sizes.

The Australia Post Metro Small Grants Program is a partnership between Australia Post and the Sydney Community Foundation. Grants of up to $1000.00 are available for small community organisations delivering services in Sydney. For more information click here.
