CEO of Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections, Pat Hall has led our Warwick Farm place-based community philanthropy hub from strength to strength. With Sydney Community Foundation support, Pat has grown a single social enterprise into five and this week launched a new partnership with Liverpool City Council.
